Contact and responsibility

Email enquiries

The contact page helps you prepare an email: the details you type stay in your browser and are only used to open your own email application. Nothing is sent to DORIAQ until you send the email yourself. Sending a message is voluntary. DORIAQ receives your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please provide only what is necessary for your enquiry.

Use and retention

• General enquiries are handled on the basis of DORIAQ’s legitimate interest in responding to communications about its activities.
• Steps requested before a possible contract are processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures; applicable legal obligations may also require processing.

Data may be accessed by the person handling the enquiry and authorised email or hosting service providers where necessary for their services, or by authorities where the law requires it.

Retention depends on the time needed to handle the enquiry and justified follow-up, and on any applicable legal obligation or need to defend legal claims. No fixed deletion period is stated here.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Delivery and security of the site can involve processing IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information in technical logs, on the basis of the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Log retention depends on Vercel’s service and configuration.

Vercel operates international infrastructure, including in the United States. Its published Data Processing Addendum describes the safeguards for relevant international transfers. Email processing locations depend on the email service used.

Cookies and tracking

The website sets no cookies and DORIAQ’s code uses no browser storage. It includes no advertising trackers or embedded third-party content, and the contact form sends no data to a server. The only audience measurement is described below.

Audience measurement

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to produce aggregated traffic statistics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, region and city, device type, operating system and browser. This tool sets no cookie. Visitors are distinguished by a hash calculated from the request, which is not kept for more than 24 hours; the statistics cannot identify a person or follow their browsing on other websites.

This processing is based on DORIAQ’s legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of its website. The data is processed by Vercel Inc., the website host, under its Data Processing Addendum. You can object by blocking requests to /_vercel/insights/ in your browser, for example with a content blocker.

Your rights

Under the applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and exercise portability where applicable. Contact DORIAQ to exercise your rights. Requests are normally answered within one month, with a justified extension where permitted.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
